By registering for or using Kalkii, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that using Kalkii and trading the available markets is lawful where you live.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. We may suspend or restrict accounts we reasonably believe have been compromised.

4. Using the Platform

Kalkii provides tools, charts, and market access for self-directed trading. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose, in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Kalkii does not manage your capital, place trades on your behalf, or provide personal financial advice.

5. Trading & Risk

Every trade on your account is your own decision. You are solely responsible for the strategies you follow, the risk you take, and the outcomes of your trades. Markets can move against you and losses — including the loss of your entire deposited capital — are possible. Kalkii does not guarantee profits, minimum returns, or any specific outcome.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported methods and follow published cycles. You are responsible for providing accurate payment or wallet information. We may delay or decline transactions where we are required to by law, for security reasons, or to complete verification checks.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the platform in ways that are not officially supported
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Manipulate markets, orders, or prices on the platform
• Misrepresent Kalkii to prospective users or the public
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity, including money laundering
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' accounts

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Kalkii — including the name, logo, design, code, and documentation — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute it without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we reasonably believe your activity puts other users or the platform at risk. You may close your account at any time via our Delete Account page.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalkii is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including trading losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding a claim.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kalkii is operated. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local laws provide otherwise.
