Delete Your Account

If you wish to close your Kalkii account and remove your data, this page explains how.

Before You Delete

Deleting your account is permanent. Please review the following before submitting a request:

  • Open positions: Close any open trades before deletion. Any positions still open at the time of closure may be liquidated at prevailing market prices.
  • Pending withdrawals: Complete any pending withdrawals first. Once your account is closed, we cannot process further payouts.
  • Account balance: Withdraw your remaining funds to a verified payment method before requesting deletion.
  • Retained records: We may keep certain trading and transaction records for legal, financial, or regulatory reasons, as described in our Privacy Policy.

What Gets Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, we will:

  • Disable your login access permanently
  • Remove your personal profile information from active systems
  • Anonymize your trade and transaction records where legally possible
  • Remove your data from any active dashboards or reports
This Action Cannot Be Undone

Once deletion is confirmed, your account and its history cannot be restored. If you are unsure, consider contacting Support first to discuss your concerns.
